Fedora 33/35/37 Installation (GNOME) #
Fedora installer offers using BTRFS as the system drive. However, for better maintainability, it is better to re-shuffle directories post installation.
Note See the newer approach in the “Debian 11/12 Install” section. Later I discovered a better approach of interrupting the installer to re-adjust subvolumes before letting it continue and copy the files. This approach leaves in the filesystem in a cleaner state, so it is better to use the newer apporach.
